DB2 Administrator

Team Overview:
Standard 40 hours schedule with some after hours as and when needed.
Currently working on migration project from lower DB2 Version to higher DB2 Version
5+ Years of DB2 Administration exp needed.
Shell scripting exp needed for automating routine tasks.
Ansible/Python preferred for automation.
Will be designing DB2 including architecture, installation processes, build and configuration standards.
Unix environment
Will be configuring database and database clients to use data in Transit TLS Encryption and/or Password in Transit Encryption
Troubleshooting and solutioning Encrypted connections of various types like jdbc, odbc and native clients.
Will be upgrading DB2 databases.
Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Storage will be important.
Some exposure towards Database security is good to have which included implementation, support and auditing database security in DB2.
Some automation work with Ansible/Python is preferred.
