WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION TEST ADMINISTRATOR

As an entry-level Vocational Rehabilitation Test Administrator at our human services nonprofit, your contribution is crucial to the education of our clients. By extending a warm greeting, assessing language translation requirements, and providing a comprehensive orientation to the vocational evaluation process, you help our clients feel at ease. Your role involves the administration and scoring of vocational evaluations, assessments, a variety of tests, and work samples. A meticulous record-keeper, you closely observe and report client behavior, attendance, and punctuality, while also maintaining detailed documentation of services and activities in the Fedcap and HRA management information systems.

As a collaborative team member, you assist with scheduling tests, distributing metro cards, and proactively reaching out to clients who miss their appointments.
