Signing Agent Jobs (Apply with Get.It is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Senior Loan Processor to work virtually in the U.S. only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the point of contact between borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender while providing customer with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application.
Conducts all initial and conditional submissions within set time frames and sense of urgency.
Return all inquiry calls/emails within one business day.
Collect required documentation from LO"s and applicants and follow-up on missing items.
Assure that all customer files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
Prepare closing submission package and checklist.
Make recommendations for procedural changes to increase efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years of loan processing and coordinating the closing of mortgage loans from submissions to completion
At least 5 years of experience as a Residential Mortgage processor including the knowledge of basic lending, income calculation, real estate contracts and language
Customer Service: 5 years (Required)
High school or equivalent is preferred.
Criminal background check
U.S. work authorization

SKILLS:

Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
Handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
Handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent records and file management skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

JOB TYPE: Full-time


PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

BENEFITS: 401(k) and Paid Time Off
