What Our HVAC Apprentices Do:
- Assist the Installation team on installation of HVAC systems, duct work and blown-in insulation
- Assist Technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Perform every job with technical excellence to live up to our warranties and guarantees
- Have an eager learning attitude to become great at all aspects of plumbing repairs, new installation & diagnosing service issues
- Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment; treat every tool with care as if it was your own
- Work and communicate effectively as an individual, as well as, in a team environment
- Learn and grow to a Junior Technician or Installer
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about Climate Experts Air & Heat and loves the brand
- Applicants must have a current driver license with clean driving record & clear background check
- Follow our Tobacco Policy
- Must Obtain Universal EPA Certification with in 90 days of employment
- Working cell phone with internet connection
- Valid Drivers license with clean driving history
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Outgoing, professional, clean-cut and drug-free
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
