Your Role:

As the Director of Strategic Sales - Managed Services, you'll be a driving force in leading and developing our Managed Services business. Your mission is to exceed quarterly and annual goals, engaging with businesses from C-level executives to ground floor operations. Your proven operations, solutions, and sales background will empower you to think strategically, manage complex negotiations, build polished business cases, and foster relationships to grow our Managed Services practice.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage a customer pipeline, focusing on revenue growth targets through proactive outreach.
Coordinate and lead onsite industry events with partners and potential customers.
Contribute to market-facing material to establish our brand as the top choice for Managed Services.
Support and scale the Managed Services practice as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Consistently meet quarterly and annual targets.
Develop proposals, negotiate, and close complex contracts.
Collaborate across functional groups to ensure the Managed Services product meets customer demands and closes deals.
Build scalable Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and programs, identifying new markets, verticals, and partners for scaling.
Summarize product feedback from customer and prospect meetings, advocating for customers with internal teams.
Conduct Agile Sales, following a consistent sales process with continuous improvement.
Develop 'Land and Expand' strategies to meet customer needs while allowing for future growth.
Proficiently use Salesforce to update leads, opportunities, and real-time customer status.
Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Account Management.
Analyze data, collaborate with stakeholders, and capture feedback to understand business needs and build consensus.
Set and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive key product and business decisions.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
What You Bring:

Proven hunter mentality with 10+ years' experience in sales, preferably in logistics/supply chain.
5+ years' experience in SaaS, technology, or managed services discipline.
Previous experience in 3PL solutions and/or operations.
Track record of consistently delivering on quotas.
Ability to be strategic while still getting hands-on when needed.
Strong communication skills, thriving in a team environment.
Understanding of both business needs and technology capabilities, translating knowledge into plain terms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, rapidly developing and cultivating relationships.
Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.
Growth mindset and positive "can-do" attitude.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Radical thinking paired with strong execution.
This position requires travel to customers and partners.
Previous sales process and methodology training.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
