Job description
Delivery Driver (CDL Required) Driver with CDL needed to deliver palletized goods to grocery stores and supermarkets, out of our GA, fifth NEW Distribution Center. These include local deliveries within GA and neighboring states. We are an 18-year-old stable family-owned wholesale food distribution business headquartered in New Jersey, with warehouses in Hayward, CA, and Dallas, TX, and Addison, IL. We are growing rapidly and are happy to announce that we are opening a distribution center in Tucker, Georgia. We are looking for talented and hardworking people to join our opening team! We work Monday thru Friday. You are home EVERY weekend and most weeknights. Candidates MUST: 1. Have experience driving box (straight) trucks 2. Have clean driving record (will check MVR) & Health Card 3. Know how to use pallet jacks and hand trucks 4. Be cooperative and work well with a team 5. Have excellent attitude with our customers! 6. Follow DOT and safety rules Compensation * Depends on experience and driving record * Competitive salary * Allowance for food and lodging for each out-of-town trip * Bonus for out-of-town trips * Bonus for empty pallets you bring back We have in-house OSHA-compliant Forklift/Pallet Jack and Warehouse Safety training programs.
