We are looking for a full time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mason Ohio Low T Center!

NO NIGHT SHIFTS! NO ON CALL SHIFTS!

Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care.
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies.
• Perform venipuncture.
• Administer IM injections.
• Take vitals and perform related supervised functions.
• Assist with ekgs.
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory.

Requirements:

• Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined)
• High School Diploma
• Pass criminal Background check
• Required Clinical Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays)
