Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Build loyal guests through personalized service
- Create and lead a Guest-Centric Culture
- Manage all aspects of the Front of House
- Coach, teach, and lead Service Team
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 solid years of experience in a casual restaurant with no more than 3 Jobs in the last 5 years
- Positive career progression
- Acute understanding of beverage programs
- Passion for 5-Star Guest Service
- Ability to teach and interact with guests and team members
