Currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to become part of the HIROTEC team. This position will support the administration and coordination of Human Resources projects and operations.

This position will be responsible for:

• Coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, applicant tracking
• Coordination of training initiatives
• Organize and maintain the HR files and systems
• Support the administration of the onboarding process
• Assist in planning employee relations functions/activities
• Provides front desk coverage as necessary
• Other support and projects as assigned

Candidate should be working towards a Bachelor’s degree from a university with an emphasis in Human Resources. Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills. Extremely detail-oriented and well organized. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and research skills.
