Job description

Job Summary: The Assistant Guest Services Manager at The Foundry Hotel Asheville, Curio Collection is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's guest services department, including front desk operations, concierge services, and guest relations. This individual will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain the hotel's high standards of service. This is a full-time, individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on hotel stays.
