- Domain experience from Oil & Gas , Chemical or Petrochemical industries or Refineries
- Experienced Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in various phases of project life cycle.
- Experience in plant engineering and project management activities for Concept study, Feasibility, Basic, FEL, FEED, DED
- Experience in Plant Capital or expense projects, Plant Maintenance or reliability or sustenance projects.
- Strong engineering professional skilled in estimating, planning, monitoring, executing, and commissioning
- Experince in review of CSA deliverables like Civil/Structural Design Basis, Soil Report Data, Foundation Location Plans, Foundation Plans, Sections & Detail, Grading/Drainage Plans/Details, Paving Plans/Details, Structural Calculations, Structural Plans/Details, SoW, MTO, Topography Plans/Details, demo. dwgs., Vendor offer & Vendor Drawing Review
- Working experience of using CSA Engg softwares STAD PRO , 3D modelling softwares or tools, drafting softwares
- Basic understanding of multiple disciplines requirements (i.e. Process , Civil, Piping, Mechanical and Instrumentation) and provide inputs to the offshore team from site.
- Coordination with all stakeholders incl. suppliers/vendor, agencies/ contractor etc.
- Site coordination for inputs and providing mark-up on layouts/drawings to offshore team
- Review /preparation of Equipment datasheets & specifications and RFQ and aligning with Client.
- Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client
- Preparation of Tender document/SOW document
- Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting client in finalization of vendors
- Follow-up vendors for delivery, conducting FAT/SAT
- Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning

DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC SKILLS :-
- • A professional with around 20-25 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petro chemical projects.
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Architecture, Underground services, and Roadways.
- Strong experience in RCC and Structural steel structures structural analysis and design, detailing, study & review of drawings, team leadership & project coordination.
- Working experience in design & detailing of process/non process buildings, machine foundations, pipe racks, water retaining structure.
- Very good hands-on working experience in STAAD Pro., ETABS, SAP, STAAD Foundation.
- Strong working experience of US design codes
- Exceptional problem solving and sound decision-making capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with various structural design consultants of clients.
- Understand client’s requirements, get necessary inputs for design and get final deliverables reviewed by client’s professional engineer for approval and permitting.
- Active involvement in various meetings, interdisciplinary coordination, quality check and any local help required.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil Engineering with major instructural engineering.
- 20 to 25 years of industrial structural design experience.
- Acquainted with various codes. i.e. ACI 318, ASCE 7, ANSI/AISC 360, IBC etc.
- Good experience of structural design software. i.e. STAAD Pro, SAFE, ETABS, Mat 3D etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of modelling software. i.e. AutoCAD, PDMS, TEKLA etc.
Candidate shall aim to augment onsite team from business perspective
