Garde Manger Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Garde Manger to join our kitchen staff. The Garde Manger will be responsible for the preparation of all cold foods, such as salads, charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, and plating of desserts. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a passion for preparing delicious food, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
