The Role The Manager , Global Concur Administrator is a member of the Global SAP Finance Center of Excellence within Genmab Corporate Controller's organization. S/he is tasked with the ownership/oversight of the Genmab SAP Concur Travel & Expense system.
Together with the entire global Genmab Finance team your comprehensive expertise in expense reports processing and reimbursement will add value on a constant basis. This value-add will be accomplished through engagement with key stakeholders in analyzing business operations to provide sustainability solutions for our business. The incumbent will also partner with other systems operation professionals for assessing business impact for future systems enhancements and identification of opportunities.
This is a new and fast-growing area within Genmab, and the candidate must have the ability to identify gaps in processes and balance the business needs with the system capabilities. Success in this role will require strong change leadership skills to get consensus from both management and end-users to adopt process and system change.
S/he will interface across all Genmab entities, both in the administration of the Concur platform and partnering with other systems operation professionals for assessing business impact for future systems enhancements and identification of opportunities.
Collaborate with Genmab business partners such as Accounting Operations, HCP Reporting, HR, Compliance, and Sourcing/Procurement
The role might grow into a Credit Card program administrator.
Responsibilities - Oversee and manage Genmab Concur SaaS platform daily operations including configuration changes, additional of new functionality and/or acquisitions, transmittal of expense to S/4HANA, payments to employees and interfaces with Workday HR.
- Responsible for all monthly/quarterly/annual Compliance and Audit reports
- Ensure that Travel & Expense policies are applicable within the Concur solution platform
- Direct continuous improvement in site design and messaging to increase policy compliance
- Responsible for adhoc analytics to support business operations
- Manage interfaces between the credit card provider, S/4 Hana and Concur
- Responsible for analytics produced by Concur for travel and expense and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with Accounting Operations (Accounts Payable) and IT&D to monitor interfaces and resolve issues in a quick manner
- Regularly audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company T&E Policy
Requirements - Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in accounting and/or finance with knowledge of computer systems
- Concur Advanced Configuration certification (preferred)
- Project Management experience and/or Certifications (Agile, PMP) (desired)
- 3-5 years of work experience in Finance & Controlling with knowledge in either SAP, SAP S/4HANA
- Passion for ensuring efficient processes
- Result-oriented and proactive working style with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders and external consultants
- Biotechnology or Life Science experience strongly preferred
- Work experience with Concur Expense (required), Concur Travel (preferred), SAP S/4 Hana (desirable), Accounting practices, global credit card programs (i.e., AMEX, Bank of America, Citibank, etc.)
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$91,875.00---$153,125.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
