PLUMBING INSTALLER (Previous Experience Required)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PLUMBING INSTALLER
- Demonstrates our core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality
- Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction
- Analyzes plumbing issues and identifies appropriate tools/materials for repair
- Performs installation of various residential plumbing components, fixtures, and equipment, including but limited to, sinks, faucets, shower valves, toilets, water heaters (tanked and tankless), water softeners, pumps, and ancillary items
- Performs residential re-piping
- Performs installation/replacement of underground sewer, water and gas lines
- Replaces valves, PRVs, etc.
- Operates high power jetting equipment
- Understands city/county/state code requirements
- Properly communicates findings and necessary repairs to customers
- Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling needs and timelines
- Completes appointments in a timely manner
- Works well independently without supervision
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle's safety, performance, and longevity
- Carries out special projects and/or other related duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF A PLUMBING INSTALLER
- A minimum of three (3+) years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Must be able to work well with others/have good camaraderie skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have great attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
- Must have a mechanical aptitude
- Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A PLUMBING INSTALLER
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C driver's license
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders
- Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 lbs (up to 150 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
- Ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)
