POSITION SUMMARY

• The Clerical Assistant will assist with the research department with clerical duties under direct supervision.

What you will be doing

• Updates EHR systems by transferring required data from the source docs into the database
• Helps clinic staff by organizing files, projects, data, etc.
• Works under specific instructions to assist with file organization
• All other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, Teams and project management reporting
• Ability to problem-solve and decisive with actions.

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on the relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.
