This is a new group within this company - this group is the 'seal-team-six' within the company, an internal consulting group that comes into help develop strategy, tackle the difficult-to-solve issues and to help generally improve functions in engineering, operations and maintenance/reliability. This will be a very visible group within the organization, meeting with leaders at each of the 5 facilities this company runs in the US and interfacing with the engineering teams at each facility as well.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 4+ years of industry experience in chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, fertilizer manufacturing, etc.
• Must have rotating equipment reliability experience
• Should have experience with maintenance/reliability programming including predictive and preventive maintenance programs, as well as experience with asset management strategy
• Willingness to travel - 25% is typical, sometimes more; the other facilities are in AL, TX and OK
