LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading, cutting-edge healthcare digital solutions company dedicated to improving patient engagement and healthcare communication across the U.S. Their marketing team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their digital advertising campaigns and are looking for a skilled and passionate Ad Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Your role will involve ad trafficking, campaign setup, performance analysis and troubleshooting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that their campaigns effectively reach and engage their target audiences. 

Ad Operations Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display networks, social media and programmatic channels 

• Ad Trafficking: Ensure accurate and efficient ad creative deployment and tracking tag implementation 

• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and make adjustments to optimize ROI and achieve campaign objectives 

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during campaigns 

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative and sales teams to align campaign strategies and objectives 

 

Ad Operations Specialist Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree 

• 1-2 year of experience in digital advertising or ad operations 

• Proficiency in ad trafficking and campaign management 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

• Knowledge of ad tech platforms and tools is a plus 

• Must reside in the Cincinnati, OH area
