- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate based commercial litigator
- Established book of business with a minimum of $275000
- Proven track record of successful client representation and business development
- Strong litigation skills with expertise in real estate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar association
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
- Commitment to providing highquality legal services and exceeding client expectations

Bonus Provisions for Receipts and Sources:
- Bonuses are based on the revenue generated directly by the attorneys own billable hours and client work.
- Bonus percentages for receipts start at 5% on the lower end.
- Attorneys can earn up to a 10% bonus on receipts when they exceed $400000 in generated revenue.
- The range for bonuses varies reflecting the attorneys ability to contribute significantly to the firms income through their individual efforts.
Source and Origination Bonuses:
- Additional bonuses are awarded for bringing new clients to the firm incentivizing business development and client origination.
- The bonus for client origination tends to be closer to the higher end of 10% rewarding attorneys for expanding the firms client base.
- Like with receipts the bonus percentage for source and origination also ranges acknowledging the varying levels of contribution attorneys may have in attracting new business.
