Job description
Nana's Kitchen Inc. in San Fernando, CA is looking for one admin light sales to join our 19 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. We are looking for a fun energetic person that can assist our catering company with administration and event booking. Our position is Monday to Friday 32-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Help with administration of the office
- Answer emails, texts and voicemails
- work with clients and help them plan their menu
- Light sales
- create estimates and invoices on quickbooks online
- process payments on our virtual terminal
- Filing and organizing paperwork such as contracts and past orders
- communicate and coordinate with our operations staff for event planning
- Work closely with owner on implementing new ideas or projects
- Coordinate employee meetings when necessary
- Light marketing on instagram and facebook
- create monthly newsletters to our existing clients using mail chimp etc to create documents
- Monitor employees work time
- payroll
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Familiar with quickbooks is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Punctual
- knowledge of Google platform is a plus
- familiar with excel, word, google sheets and google drive
- familiar with home base for time sheet keeping
