WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Brokerage Coordinator eagerly administers flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts and COBRA services in the credit union owned Brokerage.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Centerville, Utah

• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Part-time, 25 hours per week

• $17.50 per hour, based on performance and experience + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.

• Onboard new flexible spending accounts (FSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA) and COBRA clients.

• Process flexible spending claims in accordance with IRS rules and regulations, as well as in accordance with the terms of the plan.

• Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries and brokers by phone and through email regarding HRS- HRA/FSA and COBRA.

• Assist with building benefit plans through our online benefit admin portal Employee Navigator.

• Create billing invoices.

• Provide consistent member follow-up.

• Comply with all regulations as required by law.

• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required

• 1-2 years of similar or related experience is preferred.
