As an added incentive, we are offering a sign-up bonus of $2,500.00 (Conditions Apply).​​ Job Location: Suffolk, VA Job Clearance: Secret Job Description : Direct the effort of personnel and shall report and monitor progress to the Government Program Manager and COR through direct communication. Prepare briefings and presentations for up to flag/general officer and SES-level executives. Provide recommendations on Program Objective Memorandum (POM) preparation and analysis, strategic planning, acquisition planning and support, and proposal preparation and review support. Jointly establish due dates specific to individual work products (ex., reports, course-related material, presentations, analysis, etc.) with the government. The Contractor shall provide progress reports on individual work products with assigned due dates in the Weekly Activity Report. The Contractor shall coordinate and participate in Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Modernization Council (NCMC), Multinational Maritime. Support the development and continual improvement of ITSM standards, capabilities, and practices to facilitate integration and operational activities, in accordance with the Navy IT Service Management Office (ITSMO) architecture and policy. ​​​​​​ Qualifications Ten (10) years of professional experience in Cyber, Software Design, Engineering, Information Technology (IT) Systems/Information Operations (IO) within or supporting the Department of Defense. Ten (10) years of experience managing complex projects or programs. Broad understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and containers. Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodology. Experience with Version Control Systems (VCS) such as TeamStudio, BitBucket, and GitLab/Hub, as well as software such as Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (SourceSafe, CVS, etc.) Ability to comprehend the larger program objectives, mission sets, and motivate and build teams. Desired (Nice to have): Experience: Extensive experience configuring, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting with the following technologies: Cisco ASA/Juniper SRS/FortiGate Dell PowerEdge VRTX servers & iDRAC Active Directory (AD), AD Certificate Services VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, PERL, Jscript, Unix Shell, Python, etc.) GitOps with GitLab Experience Certification Requirement : Project Management Professional (PMP) IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, CCISO, GSLC) Cloud Associate or Higher (CompTIA Cloud+, AWS (Amazon Web Services) Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) ITILv3 or later Foundations certification required.
