We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Administrative Executive Assistant to join our medical practice full time in Manhattan, NY. We have 2 state of the art offices and are looking for the incoming individual to split coverage between our two offices- located in Manhattan, NY and Clifton, NJ (approximately 10 miles apart). We are seeking a team player, with excellent organizational skills, great interpersonal skills who also excels in customer service and has a knack for sales. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Our staff goes beyond standard physical therapy by challenging our patients to build core strength, helping them to reach their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules and communications for key company executives as well as clients, ensuring efficient time management and coordination
Provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for office visitors, and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in sales-related activities, including credit card processing, handling phone calls, and maintaining client relationships
Exhibit strong administrative skills, including document composition, file management, and handling mail.
Support financial or billing-related tasks, with experience in health insurance billing seen as an advantageous skill, but not mandatory
Work closely with senior management, such as the COO|CEO, to support all aspects of their daily work routine, including meeting scheduling and calendar maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a background in customer service or sales.
Proficiency in office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Experience in billing, especially in health insurance, is a plus.
Background in sales, finance, or customer service is beneficial
Schedule:
Full time (split coverage between the two offices)
No weekends - 6 major holidays observed
Salary (range):
$60k to start PLUS bonuses
