Job description

HMP Global is a leading healthcare event and education company, with a dominant position in several therapeutic areas including Oncology, Psychiatry & Behavioral Health, Cardiovascular, Wound Care and Public Safety. With a mission to improve patient care, we deliver information and education to healthcare professionals through 400+ global, regional, and local events and reach over 4 million users monthly through digital networks and social channels.

We have an immediate need for an Associate Program/Meeting Manager to join our team. This is an entry level position with plenty of opportunity for career growth.

In this role, you will work directly with faculty (presenters) and our educational partners to create compelling educational programs for healthcare professionals. You will request and manage documents (e.g., abstracts) from our presenters ensuring all content is reviewed by appropriate parties. Duties also include managing deadlines and budgets, compiling relevant items for course materials and assisting with administrative tasks related to event logistics.

The successful candidate will demonstrate their exceptional tact and communication skills by providing examples of such in previous roles, as well as in their interview if selected to meet in person.
