Job Description and Duties

Contract Services is looking for energetic and motivated individuals who will provide guidance and quality customer service to Department staff and management on contracting options. If you have strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills, then this is the perfect position for you and there may be opportunities for advancement.

Special Requirements

Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License as travel may be required to attend meetings, conferences, and training. Periodic statewide travel may be required to field locations that may also require overnight stay required.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in contracting or procurement; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a demonstrated sense of initiative; willing to work independently on specific tasks and in a team environment; meticulous attention to details; and expert level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SAP is a plus!
