Job description

The BAE Systems site at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant is seeking a Continuous Improvement Associate . In this role, the Continuous Improvement Associate helps advance the mission of developing problem solvers at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. The successful candidate uses their quality expertise background to foster and nurture a positive environment supporting continuous improvement efforts. Crucial to continuous improvement is the idea that all processes can be made better, therefore, it is critical that the associate has a growth mindset and seeks to promote constant learning and opportunities for improvement. Using lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5 Why, A-3, and Six Sigma, the Continuous Improvement Associate works with and trains the team in problem solving and goal setting with overall Floor Management Development System (FMDS) implementation.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
