Job Summary:
Worldwide Equipment Sales of Michigan is seeking a self-motivated and experienced General Operations Manager to oversee our Worldwide Equipment division in Livonia, Michigan. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in equipment sales & service, and a deep understanding of the industry. This position requires versatility, involving a variety or tasks and responsibilities, and the right candidate will thrive on the variety that comes with location oversight.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the worldwide equipment sales division, including setting and achieving sales targets and monitoring sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of sales materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Create and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment sales, preferably in the auto industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of global market trends and dynamics.
- Familiarity with auto industry regulations and standards.
