As a Product Manager , you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment, working closely with the Experience Design, Ops, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Leadership teams. This position requires an ability to understand the nuances of our products, their requirements, and related data sets, as well as data and APIs provided by current and potential integration partners. Along with the team, you will set and execute the product vision, define the roadmap, and iterate features. You must be able to empathize with stakeholders, balance their concerns, and prioritize subsequent initiatives to deliver well-designed, scalable web applications, providing value-added direction to the product development team.
What you'll do... - Define user stories and communicate requirements to Experience Design and Engineering teams via clearly written requirements documents, diagrams, and concise verbal communication.
- Develop and maintain product features, success metrics, roadmap, using voice of the customer, observed behavioral data, perception of value, and split testing - among other data- and user-driven methods.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Experience Design, Leadership, and other stakeholders to deliver products that delight users and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Ops, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to discover, design, prioritize, iterate, and communicate features within an agile workflow.
- Plan and lead agile ceremonies, including defining MVPs, driving pilot projects, demos, backlog grooming, managing asynchronous workflows, etc.
- Manage your resource's time and priorities to meet deadlines and deliver consistent releases.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business objectives and feature solutions during product decisions/reviews with executives.
- Manage product expectations for internal (C-suite, organization) and external stakeholders (customers and vendor partners), communicating and advocating product initiatives, requirements, best practices, and releases.
- Serve as a subject-matter-expert resource for internal teams that have product questions and other product-related needs.
Requirements
What you offer us... - 2+ years of experience in product management, development or applicable roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while understanding and discussing technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and stakeholders' expectations.
- Proven track record of interviewing and listening to customers and stakeholders to inform product development through research.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with extensive SaaS knowledge.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards such as WCAG is a plus.
- Experience with multifamily or other real estate software products is a plus.
What we offer you... - Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of [$80,000 to $90,000] . Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
