SIGN ON AND RELOCATION ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES
Stats:
4 vertical rooms with cardiac monitoring, 4 hallway rooms, 37 private rooms including: 1 trauma bay, 2 cardiac bay, 1 resuscitation bay, 4 mental health rooms
55,000 patients/year-busiest ED in the state with highest pediatric volume, STEMI volume, stroke volume, trauma volume
20 hour in ED pharmacy coverage

Responsibilities
Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manages care of patients.
Requirements
Education: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
Experience: at least 1 year experience; open to new to specialty; acute care preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
