Position Summary:
- Serve resident meals in a timely manner and reset tables for next meal.
- Serve room trays as needed for meals.
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times. - Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
- Exemplify community standards of fully staffed, operational, and stocked dining room.
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Knowledge in areas of serving, preparation and shift organization.
- Set tables and maintains work stations in proper order. Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per policy and procedure.

Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Team Player
- Reliable
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Required to receive the annual Flu vaccine, excluding religious or medical exemptions.
