Peoplesoft Technology Functional Consultant

Rockville, MD Onsite position local candidates only

One-year contract with possible extensions

Specialized Experience: 6-10 years

Required Skills-

• Extensive expertise in the principles governing defined benefits and retiree payments.
• Proven experience as a functional lead, specializing in PeopleSoft HCM, Base Benefits, and Pension Administration.
• Successful implementation and post-implementation support of Oracle PeopleSoft Pension Administration, showcasing proficiency in utilizing pension administration tables within the PeopleSoft HR application, configuring workflows, and employing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS Advanced Benefits and Payroll modules, along with other human capital management modules, particularly their interface with PeopleSoft Pension.
• In-depth knowledge of core pension administration principles, processes, and practices, enabling the identification of user needs, specification of business process improvements, and development of enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional configuration skills at an expert level, specifically in PeopleSoft HCM, Base Benefits, and Pension Administration, with a focus on configuring benefit calculations.
