Worship Leader

1. Description: The Worship leader is responsible for calling the congregation into a time of corporate worship. Our prayer for this position is that individual is first and foremost, called to worship ministry. This is a weekly stipend Worship Leader. A best fit for this position would be someone in college or recent graduate/young professional who is looking to make some extra money on the side. 
2. Primary Responsibilities a. Work with Senior Pastor for planning/organizing 11AM worship service. b. Fill role of primary worship leader. c. Oversee all aspects of praise team: selection, training, rehearsal, and scheduling.
3. Requirements a. Committed follower of Jesus. b. Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message. c. Ability to play the Keyboard. d. Ability to lead traditional AND contemporary worship music.
4. Preferred a. Lead vocals in addition to playing the keyboard. b. Working knowledge of relevant tech: Song Select/CCLI, Presenter, etc.
