Product Manager - Internal Data
About the Role: We're looking for a data-savvy product manager to own and optimize our internal data reporting and integrations ecosystem. You'll be the bridge between our data insights and actionable decision-making across the organization, streamlining how we access, analyze, and utilize internal data. This is a critical role for driving data-driven culture and empowering cross-functional teams with data-powered insights.
Responsibilities: Reporting: - Define and own the internal data reporting strategy, ensuring all teams have access to relevant, reliable, and timely data.
- Design and develop key internal reports and dashboards across various departments and functions.
- Partner with data analysts and engineers to implement and maintain reporting automation pipelines.
- Monitor and analyze data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Integrations:
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of internal data integrations across different systems and tools.
- Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain API documentation and user guides for internal data integrations.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging data integration technologies and tools, recommending strategic improvements.
Product Management: - Partner with stakeholders to identify internal data needs and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improved decision-making across the organization.
- Advocate for data-driven culture and promote data literacy within the company.
- Manage the internal data product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Effectively partner with the executive team and the stakeholders to develop a holistic view from a business perspective.
You will maintain a constructive and collaborative relationship with stakeholders to understand the constraints and design a product solution or a team process that would work for our customers and our business.
Enable the team You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and testers to communicate your vision and strategy. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we have a sound and quality solution that fits the needs of the business. You will collaborate with the finance, sales & implementation, support and product teams to transfer product knowledge and ensure a shared understanding of deliverables. You will maintain internal documentation and educate internal stakeholders.

Salary range : $100,000 - 130,000
Requirements
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data or analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience with common data visualization tools and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing project timelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R (a plus).
Bonus points: - Experience with internal data integrations and API development.
- Understanding of data governance and security principles.
- Familiarity with the [industry you operate in] landscape and data challenges.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
