Global Supply Planner
Our client is seeking a Global Supply Planner to assist their organization's Global Supply Planning Team.
This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
Global Supply Planner Responsibilities
The Global Supply Planner will be proficient in end-to-end supply chain to create and deliver reliable supply plans to serve our client’s consumers while aligning to inventory objectives. The planner is consumer-focused, process and KPI-driven, and is comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear and compelling insights, options, and recommendations. The successful candidate instills trust, acts with courage, embraces and leads change, communicates vision and purpose, fosters teamwork, cultivates innovation, and ensures accountability.
Supporting day-to-day management of a segment of our client’s full lead-time and/or responsive business, working on initiatives to improve their supply planning capabilities and decision-making, and playing an active role in creating a dynamic culture of respect and inclusion.
Monitor factory performance and develop knowledge of factory issues and how these affect the client's business objectives. This involves monitoring & validating factory replenishment capabilities, lead times, inventory levels, and weekly order volumes, and communicating issues and possible solutions to affected Geographies.
Engage and collaborate with global and geography product, merch, planning, analytics, sourcing, and manufacturing teams…essentially an end-to-end supply chain role to ensure supply is positioned for our client’s most critical product and demand priorities.
Partner with the client's Tech and Analytics teams to gain insights and build sustainable capabilities to improve the speed and quality of the team's decision-making.
Connect within the client's team to share and receive best practice insights as they relentlessly work to improve our client’s operational excellence and contributions to fuel the organization's growth.
Global Supply Planner Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of proven experience, education, and training in Supply Chain.
Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills.
Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically building positive relationships between key players and the immediate team.
High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
Thrives in a sophisticated, ever-changing, and dynamic work environment.
Ability to demonstrate good decision-making in ambiguous circumstances.
Experience preferred with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS/AAS, MMX, and SAP.
Experience preferred in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, and financial planning.
Compensation: $25.69-31.69/hr. (DOE)
