Responsibilities: This is strictly an operating, in-office position - remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role and it is not intended as a stepping stone to sales. • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, handling incoming calls and emails, and office inventory. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact between the executive and clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively • Listing & Transaction Management: Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions by preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation, contracts, and agreements. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and timelines • Database Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM system with client information, property details, and transaction progress. Ensure data accuracy and completeness Qualifications: • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar capacity • A strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and direct communication • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with computer technology and proficient in office applications • Proficient in social media management and marketing • The ability to work autonomously and as a reliable support system for an employer • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a significant asset • A real estate license is preferred; if unlicensed, a new hire will be required to obtain a license (costs covered) About Company: Sofia Marshall is a well-established and highly respected real estate agent known for providing exceptional service to her clients.
