Job description
Responsible for development and implementation of system-wide organizational development interventions, leader training and development and coaching.
- Coaches leaders to improve their performance.
- Proficient in facilitation skills to help groups reach decisions and function efficiently.
- Capable of analyzing organizational/group/individual needs and proposing solutions.
- Serves as an internal consultant to clients regarding group dynamics, problem resolution and appropriate intervention strategies
- Designs and conducts individual and group/team interventions to improve performance.
- Manages the deployment and development of the Corporate University.
- Uses instructional design and adult learning principles to develop effective training in multiple methodologies (classroom, on-line, webinar, etc) for identified audience.
- Delivers effective and participant-centered training.
- Coordinates various educational events.
- Coordinates, manages and brings to fruition assigned projects on time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines concurrently
- Develops and implements cost savings and performance improvement processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, adult education, or related field.
- At least (2) years of coaching experience, minimum of ICF ACC credential or equivalent preferred.
- At least (5) years of experience assessing, designing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating organizational interventions in large, complex organizations.
- At least (3) years of designing instruction based on adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Has at least (3) years of experience as a group facilitator.
- Organization and project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Demonstrates competence with supervision, program administration, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
WORK CONTEXT
- As a part of this job you will have contact with others, coordinate projects, influence/lead others to get work accomplished, use good judgment in decision making and think critically.
- Primarily indoor office space.
- Requires transportation to other facilities about 5-10% of the time.
- About 10-15% of the job requires walking to various departments, classroom and meeting spaces.
- Job hours are typically 8:00a-5:00p Monday-Friday, however, there may be times when earlier or later hours are necessary as well as weekends.
