At Boston Scientific, our goal is to provide a powerful online experience that serves as an inbound marketing engine, generating leads, brand affinity, and product awareness to create a best-in-class experience for our customers. We are seeking a talented website marketer to drive Boston Scientific's web marketing channel.

 

In this role, you will lead the website marketing strategy, overseeing large-scale projects to improve lead acquisition, user experience, and interest in our products. Reporting to the Global Director of Integrated Digital Marketing, the Senior Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for the entire web experience, shaping future online interactions with customers, prospects, patients, caregivers, and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Business Units, Digital Product Teams (eCommerce, Medical Education), and our Global Web Experience Product Manager, UX Design team, and IT to develop an integrated strategy aligned with audience needs and business goals, as well as BSC Omnichannel objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, innovative problem-solver, and expert in digital marketing techniques and technologies. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive web marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, enhancing our brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, and optimizing digital products and processes. The digital customer experience extends perceived value beyond products, creating opportunities for competitive advantage, inspiring customer loyalty, boosting sales, and fostering growth through exceptional digital experiences.
