What you will do:

• Manages various administrative tasks within the HR Department.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of HR and company policies.
• Support NCC by assisting with recruitment activities.
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
• Generate reports as required.
• Schedule HR related activities.
• Address Associate questions and seek solutions.
• Actively participate in Associate engagement activities.

To thrive in this role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ equivalent work experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills like good speaking, listening, and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a very busy work environment and still complete takes on time.
• Organizational skills to adeptly access and record numerous kinds of data consistently.
• Confidentiality skills to handle delicate data that cannot be shared with other people.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
