Job description

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Located off I-45 North and Woodlands Parkway, our hotel is walking distance to Woodlands Mall, Market Street and Waterway Square. Businesses nearby include Anadarko Petroleum, Chevron Phillips Chemicals, and Hewitt Associates. With 117 guest rooms and suites featuring amenities with one or two bed options, handicap accessible rooms or Junior Suites, we have an option for everyone.Host a business function or social event in our four meeting rooms, banquet area or poolside patio. Coordinate a boardroom meeting for six or a ballroom gala for 100 guests. Ask about our catering services, meeting packages, and A/V equipment rental.Take in views of the woods from the Garden Grill, serving cooked-to-order breakfasts and dinner at the restaurant, or order evening room service. Unwind with a drink in the Pavilion Lounge or outside near the fire pit.
