As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, developing and managing maintenance strategies, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with our internal teams to help streamline manufacturing, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure product quality.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience
- Manufacturing background
- Lean Manufacturing exposure
- $90,000 to $110,000 in a base
