LaSalle Network is currently working with a distributor of rental and retail suiting to all North and South America and Canada. The client is looking for a permanent Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker with data entry skills excited to work in a collaborative environment. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:  

• Perform high volume data entry to deliver precise and timely orders 
• Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders 
• Answer questions and inquiries  
• Troubleshoot problems 
• Provide information 
• Handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services 

Customer Service Representative Requirements: 

• 2+ years of call center or related office experience 
• High School diploma or GED (Graduate Equivalent Degree), associate degree appreciated
• Strong general computer skills 
• Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
