Snapshot:

• FNP or PA- Urgent Care & Primary Care
• Primary care hours: 8a-5p M-F
• Urgent Care hours: 8a-7p M-F / 8a-5p Sat and Sunday
• Providers could end up covering a mix of Primary Care and Urgent Care
• 15-18 Patients per day for Primary Care
• 30-40 Patients per day for Urgent Care
• EMR – Athena
• New Graduates Welcome

Salary and Benefits:

• FNP/PA Primary Care rates $95k+ dependent upon experience
• FNP/PA Urgent Care rates $125k+ dependent upon experience
• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Allowance is Negotiable
• 401k, Medical, Dental, Pet insurance offered

Qualifications:

• PA- Federal and Colorado State licensure (PA & DEA) required or NP- Federal and Colorado State licensure (APN, RXN, DEA) required
• BLS Certification required
