Position description:
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Rates & Residuals Support to join our growing team. This position will provide rates and programming for new and existing agents and dealers. Primary functions will be to audit these rates on an ongoing basis and communicate updates and changes. This will require daily interaction with agents via email, phone and ticketing system. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Configure and setup rates and pricing
-Provide support to dealers and agents as it relates to their rates
-Follow up with dealers and agents to ensure requests have been completed and resolved in a timely manner
-Produce weekly activity reports and ensure communications is frequent
-Provide training to internal and external users on current systems and functionality

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or office administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs
- Critical thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Previous experience at a warranty administration company is a plus
