We are a dentist recruiting company helping a premier children's office hire a pediatric dentist or a general dentist that treats kids. This is a gorgeous and very reputable office. They are averaging 4.9 stars out of hundreds of online reviews.
The office has a mix of Fee for Service, PPOs and Medicaid. They have all the latest and best in equipment. The office has an excellent team of well trained assistants and front desk. They also have a long tenure among their staff.
They also have amazing mentoring and or collaborating with the other dentists and specialists in their group. They have 5 family offices that refer their pediatric and orthodontic patients to this office. They have plenty of patients for a full time dentist but they would consider part time as well.
A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn between 300K to 400K per year a depending on experience and a full time general dentist between 200K and 300K. There is very high demand and not enough children's offices in the area. Compensation includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K, and continuing education. There is also buy in opportunity after the first year, if interested.

Job Requirements:
Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
State Dental Board License
