We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Executive Assistant in Lakewood Ranch, FL to support our clients, John and Anja Buetergerds, with Keller Williams. If you thrive in support spaces and are looking for a new brokerage family, we want to hear from you! You have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and possess exceptional organizational skills. With excellent customer service and communication abilities, you understand the importance of going above and beyond for clients in order to generate referrals and keep business moving. You have a drive to work in the fast-paced and changing world of real estate. Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 plus an opportunity for a regular bonus Benefits: Vacation Time, Holidays, Contribution Toward Medical Benefits Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F with flexibility during the evenings and weekends from time to time for urgent business needs Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL. You live within a 40-minute commute to Lakewood Ranch. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver's license, and you carry insurance. Responsibilities: • Serve as client liaison for the team, nurturing client relationships • Organize and manage team calendars • Assist with social media management • Develop and maintain system for real estate clients and leads • Assist with real estate transaction management • Maintain database Qualifications: Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales---this is not the job for you. • 1-3 years of executive or administrative assistance experience • Real Estate experience  preferred • Project management experience • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and database applications • An active FL real estate license is preferred but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain your FL real estate license shortly after hire to support your agent, not sell real estate About Company: With a proven track record of success, John and Anja have built a referral-based business through their commitment to customer satisfaction and straightforward approach to cultivating lifelong relationships.
