- The candidates also must be proficient in surgery and diagnose and treat our clients' animals with a high level of empathy and confidence.
- A degree in veterinary medicine from an accredited university of veterinary medicine AND two (2) years of experience in veterinary medicine PLUS
- A valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of California, which will be maintained throughout employment in this class, is required at the time of appointment AND
- Possess or be able to obtain a Drug Enforcement Agency (D.E.A.) controlled substance registration
