Job Description:

Lead identification, evaluation, and scoping of Value Leadership (cost-savings) projects in partnership with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.   Value leadership projects and cost savings are critical for PNNA financial delivery.  Identified projects should help meet short- and long-term targets, enabling investment in business innovation, brand support, and sustainability initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or the Equivalent
• 3+ years Strategy, Business Analysis, R&D, Engineering or Continuous Improvement experience
• 3+ years Project/Program Management experience
• 3+ years Change Management experience
• Functional skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Supply Chain, Innovation, Product Management knowledge
• Proven ability to lead ideation, teams, and projects
• Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Strong drive for results

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Enable cross-functional delivery of Value Leadership targets and help build 3yr project pipeline

• Lead ideation workshops in partnership with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical experts to identify project opportunities

• Identify value leadership opportunities through analysis, knowledge of business priorities, and connection to cross-functional leaders

• Lead Desirability/viability/feasibility assessment, scoping of ideas, and stakeholder management for project chartering and execution

• Liaise with local, regional, and global workstream leads to identify and scope projects for PNNA
