At Rural Mutual Insurance, you will join a team providing Auto, Home, Life, Farm, and Commercial insurance exclusively for Wisconsin farms, businesses, and families--with this role operating primarily out of Sturgeon Bay. With the support of a base salary, plus the opportunity for commission and bonuses, you will receive training and the backing of a district manager as you onboard. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus
Responsibilities:
- Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
- Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
- Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements
- Ensure customer record systems and sales databases are maintained
- Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
- Excellent skills in communication: listening and presenting
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success
- Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work
- High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action
- Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance—or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired
