Payroll Manager wanted for global firm!

Although our client has been in business for decades, due to recent acquisitions they are experiencing tremendous growth. As such, we need a competent Payroll Manager who is excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will involve managing a team of 3 Payroll Specialists, while supporting multi-state payroll for over 4,000 employees. 

Term: Full Time / Direct Hire

Location: Pasadena, CA (hybrid flexibility)

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional payroll experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll processes
• Hands on experience with ADP 
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills are a must
• Master's degree is a strong plus
