Job description
Job Summary:
Hyundai of Cumming is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Manager to join our sales team in Cumming, Georgia. This is a part-time individual contributor role with the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales for our auto parts department.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $1500 to $3000 per week, based on experience and performance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn commission on top of your base salary. Compensation will be paid biweekly and includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate stocking and tracking of auto parts inventory
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability for customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department to create an inviting shopping experience for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding the right parts for their vehicles and offering product recommendations
- Process parts orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team to increase parts sales and meet sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge
- Train and supervise parts department staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts management or sales role preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer and inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
