Job Overview: As the Director of Marketing Communications at Cornerstone Building Brands - Aperture Solutions, you will be a key player in driving the division's brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and internal communications. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing communications best practices and the ability to lead a dynamic team of marketers. Apertures Solutions is looking to disrupt the windows and doors category with national distribution, superior quality, innovative new products and needs a top-quality marketer to help tell the story.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the division's goals and market positioning
  2. Product Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of impactful product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  3. Demand Generation: Drive demand generation activities through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships
  4. Performance Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals, utilizing channels such as digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media
  5. Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition
  6. Internal Communications : Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the division's objectives and values to enhance employee engagement, morale, and a sense of community within the organization
  7. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 3 marketers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture while growing the team to 5 over the next 18 months
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure integrated marketing efforts
  9. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  10. Communication Excellence: Ensure best in class communication across all channels, including digital, print, and events
